"Nice guitar"

date: July 22, 2009

The only downside, that I found was a turnoff, was the lack of other instruments. Even just drums would have really sold this. Very nice guitar work, it was just lacking.

hhhhhawesome!

The Joker's Plot (pt 1)

"Wow, wonderful!"

date: July 21, 2009

Wow! That was amazing! Haha, wonderful indeed. I loved the build up, and I especially loved the end. It just fit together so nicely! Awesome awesome awesome!

Might I asked how (what program [or a live recording?]) did you create this?

Author's Response:

Thanks a lot for your comments. I use FL studio as the Digital Audio Workstation app. The instruments samples libraries are "Kirk Hunter Symphonic Orchestra", loaded through Kontakt 2,

DKC3 Game Over +

"Very Good"

submission: DKC3 Game Over +

4/5 But here's why:

The piano was very very nice. I loved it. However there were a few weird chords in there. The solo violin in the middle also did not fit with the background strings. It was a little sharp, but not by much.
A teensy tiny EQ problem (overall) but other than what I mentioned, great work! I expect to hear more from you, and cannot wait to do so!

Reign of War (complete)

"Very nice job!"

date: June 7, 2008

I enjoyed this piece a lot! I'd have to say you did an excellent job on this. I can tell you put more effort than a night's work into this, and I appreciate that.

I would have liked a less abrupt ending, but that's only my opinion, because I could listen to this all day. But that's just me :p

Overall nice work, great EQ, nice sound quality, and great instrument choice. I hope to be hearing from you again in the future :)

Techno Boogie

"Great song"

submission: Techno Boogie
date: June 1, 2008

Very nice. I liked it a lot. I especially loved the intro. I give you points for that one :p

Overall very nice. I would have like to see more variation among the first part and the second part (second part being around 1:32). I just would have like to see you intertwine the two parts instead of a set part 1 and part two. I don't know, that's just my opinion.

But either way, great job. I really enjoyed it.

Author's Response:

YAY I love points! Yah, I didn't really think a whole lot about connecting them together. I guess that would have been a good thing to do. I was bored... and lazy...
Anyway, I'll keep that in mind next time and thanks for the review!

"Definitely could use some more"

submission: -(Xik)-

You could throw in drums, maybe add harmonies. A bass would be nice to. And then you could throw in some other riffs to even out the piece instead of just one big loop.

It needs a lot of work, you can't just go on one instrument when composing a techno song. I'd like to see it when it's done though :p
